As CWS mozooo for SRC680 (cvs branch cws_srx645_mozooo) looks ready I
was asked to describe the new build switches and build requirements
here.
New switches for configure:
---------------------------
--enable-build-mozilla This enables the build from source instead of
using the prebuild binaries in moz/zipped/.
--with-mozilla-version (optional, defaults to 1.7.5) This changes which
version of mozilla is to be build. It requires that a corresponding
patch is available. At the moment version 1.7b and 1.7.5 are available.
--with-mozilla-toolkit (optional, not used for W32, defaults to gtk2)
Choose which GUI toolkit to use while building mozilla.
Note: This influences the build requirements.
Build requirements for building mozilla from source:

* Copy the source archive for the Mozilla sources into the
moz/download/
directory. At the moment "mozilla-source-<version>.tar.gz" can be
found here: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/ .
* WINDOWS ONLY: Copy
vc71-glib-1.2.10-bin.zip and
vc71-libIDL-0.6.8-bin.zip into moz/download/ .
They can be found here:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/libraries/win32/
* WINDOWS ONLY: Copy
wintools.zip into moz/download/ .
It can be found here:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/source/wintools.zip
* *nix ONLY: Installed libraries:
With gtk2: gtk+-2.0 and
libIDL-2.0 >= 0.8.0
are needed.
Without gtk2: gtk+ >= 1.2.3 and
libidl 0.6.3 - 0.6.8
are needed.
For Windows and Linux these requirements are enforced by configure,
they are not yet checked for MacOSX.
