Hi Kim
I'm so pleased you have found just what you were looking for, he sounds beautiful, Do you have a picture of him to share? My rupert bear is doing well and growing almost as we watch, he will be 4 months on the 3rd of October {there is a photo of him in the album here}
You asked where he came from, he comes from Teagan Park and was bought as a gift for us after the tragic loss of our beautiful big rupert at 21 months of age, to say that he was beautiful really is an understatement not only was he very handsome he was very intelligent  and knowing and even at such a young age was already showing signs of looking after us ie: if my husband was doing something like climbing a ladder or using a drill he would come and get me to check on "His Dad" and the same applied for me to, if i was to try to sum him up i think the word 'perfect' would not really be enough to describe a puppy that became like another child in my home, he was fun, always happy and always ready to do just anything that made us so delighted to have him in our lives. i miss him so much.
 i truly believe that anyone who is lucky enough to have a Labradoodle in their life has a gift of pure love.

Subject: [labradoodles] we got a labradoodle!

Hi Everybody,
I just wanted to update you on our situation. Im the one who sent in pictures from the shelter, asking you all if you thought they were labradoodles. Anyway, the dogs from the shelter didnt work out, but last sunday I found a 9 month old labradoodle for sale! It was so perfect because we didnt want a puppy, as we have 3 small children, and wanted to avoid the whole nipping/teething stage and all that potty training! Anyway, we got him last night and he is perfect! He is black and so laid back and wonderful. Our kids love him! I can already tell how smart he is! His previous owner was selling him due to the death of her husband, and she had to go back to work full time and didnt want to leave him alone all day. We are all thrilled, and just wanted to share the good news with you all!
Thanks,
Kim

Subject: [labradoodles] Gracie and the invisable fence

Gracie is 4 month old labradoodle and is completely trained to our
ivisable fence.  I couldn't believe she trained so quickly.  I have
most of the flags down and will remove the rest next week.  These
doodles are very smart.

How old are most pups when they start leash training.  She walks on
leash, but likes to hold it in her mouth.  Also she has selective
hearing when it comes to the come command.  Sits and does down real
well, but won't come all the time.  Any suggestions?

Larry
