He sounds big, I have seen the end weight listed as normal from 60 for 
female and 77  lbs. on males.
24" usually.
However, look at the sizes on this site and  yours will seem quite 
normal. You probably have an F1 I assume, I think they run bigger...

If you are worried ask a vet, but it sounds normal to me, just a large 
one.  Did you get a pedigree about your dog's lineage? Like the mom and 
dad should be pure bred, and their sizes if known will be a big factor.--
