I am new to this site so I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tami and I live in New York on Long Island. My chocolate Labradoodles name is Lucky, he turned 1 year old on July 7th. He is the best buddy anyone could ever ask for. Lucky is always ready for attention and ALWAYS ready to play. I take him to a dog run just about everyday. He gets along with all the other dogs and gets along great with people as well. I watch him closely around little children as he thinks that he is still little and could easily take them down. He doesnt have a mean bone in his body and its quite a large body at that!! He has never shown any aggressive behaviors and I am greatful for that. This is the first time I have had a large dog and its a whole new ball game. Lucky can be really crazy sometimes but its a wonderful type of crazy. He has lots of energy. He makes me smile and laugh every day and I cant imagine not having him as my buddy. He is extremely smart and a big love bug. He is not at all territorial as I can have another dog come into my home and he shares all his toys, food etc. I cant begin to tell you how many wonderful people I have met because of him. I am now on the board of the dog run that I bring him too. It is in a park called Cedar Creek and its located in Seaford, New York so if anyone is ever in the area come on in. We are in the midst of making improvements to the run and I am hoping that within a year or so to be able to see some major improvements. Its a great run even without the improvements. I guess I will sign off for now as Lucky keeps dropping his toys on my lap and on the keyboard so I better go and play.... Believe me, I love it!!!! I think its great that this site exists.
