Hi Nick, I live in Jamestown - not that you'd recognize the place after 18 years! We have become slightly a tourist attraction, but still retain the "blink your eye or you'll miss it" small town charm.
I lived in Grove City for 16 years and went to SR frequently - especially to the College to take photography courses as an adult. We are having the best time with our doodle - but still have a long way to go as one of our rescues (Golden Retriever) still wants to be really mean with her. I think he is afraid of her; he's afraid of his shadow! We have quite a time working things out that they are kept apart for now. We let them touch noses in passing so that they can sort of 'know' each other, and they can talk between a fence, but we need to keep Poppie safe while she is little. I'm still curious as to how large Poppie might get...know it is going to vary from dog to dog, but hoping she gets to a good size, that will help with the integration problem I just spoke about. She weighed 39 lbs last week at just 4 months. Right now she is only 2 inches shorter then the Collie (Rough Cut/Sable). I could talk about her for the rest of the evening, but I imagine everyone else that owns on could too!! :-) Jan Baznik Jamestown, PA ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dragpipe" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, August 22, 2005 12:09 PM Subject: Re: [labradoodles] Re: Really social > Jan, > You must live near Slippery Rock.
