Hi Robin

Poor little Em, wouldn't a change of diet do the trick .. like less fibre  ?
some biscuit type foods and marrow bones used to upset my great danes at times but was corrected by change of food
Thank you for all the help you are giving me here  lots of hugs

Subject: [labradoodles] Anal gland _expression_?

My little doodle Em's anal glands are not emptying on their own.  I
have taken her to the vet twice now to have it done.  I know that I
could learn how to do it myself...I just don't know if I can bring
myself to actually do it!

Has anyone had any experience with this?  The vet says that there is
nothing you can do about it, but I was wondering if I changed her food
or something it might help a little.

Thanks!
Robin
