my 2 cents worth =   I assume you have checked for parasites - coccidia and giardia show as diarrhea and left untreated can be fatal.   if you are dealing with a food allergy - another food to try is bil-jac - a beat base instead of corn.  that made all the difference for some of my dogs   you can help symptomatically with rice cooked a tad dry and hamburger very lean. give yogurt - live culture to help replace lost beneficial bacteria     YAHOO!
