Hello,
You must keep the ears clean and remove the hair in the ear.Pluck the hair from
the inside of the ear.It helps if you use a little powder on your fingers as it
does get waxy and hard to hold.Get your dog used to it a little at a time so he
dosen't run from you when he sees what you are up to.We also use long q-tips
all the way down the ear canel with a good ear wash(listerine works well and
helps fight the germs and the smell.A dogs ear is different than our own,you
won't hurt him by cleaning to the bottom but again do it a little at a time
until he is used to it.
                                              Sincerely,
                                               Paul & Lillian Buccilli
