Christa....Our vet. recommeded OtiRinse...for both cleaning and drying the ears. After Oliver goes swimming (in the lake) I dry out his ears with cotton balls then put the OtiRinse in, just about filling the ear canal...then gently massage the outside of the canal and take out as much of the liquid as you can with another coton ball. Do not worry about residual liquid as it has alcohol (drying agent for wet ears) and will just dry on it's own. The website for this is www.dvmpharmaceuticals.com and we get ours from the vet's office.

Subject: [labradoodles] Shaggy Clipped and Ear Cleaning?
I posted photos of Shaggy after his clipping. His eyelashes are
starting to grow back, thank Goodness.
Can anyone in the group give me some advice about cleaning Shaggy's
ears? Any products to clean them with? What is the procedure?
Have a great 4th of July!
Christa
