Hi,
You may be able to use "human" clippers but as another reader said, I think I
would take quite awhile. We have a labradoodle and a goldendoodle. We
usually clip the golden every other month just to keep his coat mat free.. If
for some reason we go past the 2 month deadline, then we have some blunt tip
scissors and we cut him down 1st, then run the clippers. We try to keep his
coat about 2 1/2 - 3" this time of year then in winter let it go longer.
When it's longer it's a brush a day!!
