You should be fine and yes you may have some smaller puppies due to the second later breeding.  You count from the first breeding!
I used premate this time to time my matings and determine when my Kalie ovulated, we bred her twice last week a day apart.  Time will tell how well it worked.

Below are some links to help you better understand about mating and whelping.  Hopfully both your dogs have had health clearances, such as OFA hips and elbows and eye CERF and the poodle a VWB.

Have you ever had/raised a litter of puppies before?

we had bred my lab, Daisy to a Poodle stud last week ( Thursday ) .     All signs showed she was no longer the right time.   If the male came near her she would sit and growl at him.   Last night they accidentally bred again.    I am really concerned now for the puppies.    Will they be due approx  63 days from first breeding or second??  Will some of the puppies be from the second breeding and some from the first?    Will some be premature or some too large??     I have never bred dogs so many days apart.  ( 4 days).

I am really concerned.
