I am a pet groomer who has been grooming "Charlie" for over two
years. Charlie is a 3 year old neutered male labradoodle, crate
trained and potty trained. His family does not have a fenced yeard
and relies upon an invisible fencing system. He is able to cross the
boundary and has bitten two delivery people approaching his home. In
all of the times I have groomed Charlie he has never shown ANY
aggression. Our kennel staff has no trouble with him when he is
boarding. His family reports that he is loving with family members.
Currently he is in our kennel under routine quarrantine because of the
last bite incident. For whatever reasons, his family has instructed
us to euthanize him on Friday. We are DESPERATELY seeking a foster
home/resue for him. It is our understanding that the family has no
objection to him being re-homed if we can find someone. If you can
help, please email me with the heading RESCUE CHARLIE. We are located
in Mandeville, Louisiana about 25 miles north of New Orleans. Please
hurry...the clock is ticking.
