There is nothing wrong with runts in general unless there is special health
issues. She may have a good temp test or not if I tester her but not because
she is the runt. The most important thing is to take the puppies away from
each other and see how they act alone without the litter as their backup.
I do not like puppies that tend to stay away and be independant.
Temp test is done in a new place, individually and with me, a person they
never met.
