We've made some changes that we hope will resolve the situation:

1. One of the NS records was a CNAME, which is of course incorrect.
This has been changed to an A record.
2. NS records were missing in LDAP for the domain. These have been added.

Many resolvers have the DNS server cached for a long period of time
with the incorrect IP address. It should be corrected everywhere
within a day.
