Hi, I would like to be able to create security groups. Would it be possible to get the netadmin right too?
Rationale: User network knowledge. I've a 11 years experience as system administrator, had a dedicated and colocation hosting company from 2003 to 2007 with 400+ servers, so I'm well aware of what are and what are not best practices related to ports opening. User needs to create security groups. I'm willing to prepare a wiki configured like Wikimedia Commons to provide to the developer community a rather stable staging environment. I would also like to provide a testing more wild environment. This means to be able to react quickly if there is a need to create a new technology requesting external connections without too many proxy magic deleting the test instance, editing ports, recreating new test instance.
