I saw https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proxy and it seemed cool, but it looks like the instance-proxy VM doesn't actually have a public IP, and there's no DNS record for instance-proxy.wmflabs.org . Is or was this actually supposed to be a functional service? I'd like to use it but it's broken.
