ahead and update that page, add things to it, and (this would be
especially good) *create and link to Bugzilla tickets* for every one of
those bullet points!
It would probably be good to separate out stuff that can be done in the
Tools Labs environment ("bots" and "webtools" Labs projects) and stuff
that has to happen within the Labs infrastructure itself.
