It was bad, because it's a process that was out-of-the way and while some of us did keep an eye on it, it was irregular and sometimes the list could grow without anyone noticing. We have already noticed this as a problem, and have put a measure in place to help: there is now a bot that warns us on IRC when a shell request is pending, and it's now a matter of hours at most before a request gets answered. > * Documentation has to be improved! Nominally, that's part of my job but - at this time - I've had little time for much documentation beyond a simplified overview of some of the key points; much of my time has been spent on implementation.
