Umm...You just wrote the response it gets when it fails.   The request is the 
same as any other but PHP can't unserialize this specific request at times.  
This request has been made several times each month for the last few months 
without any issue.  It is only recently this problem surfaced.  Could it also 
be an issue with the API.  As a developer, I'm stumped.
