In the case of PronunciationRecording, the discussion is not extension
v. Labs, but extension vs. gadget. This is because the goal is that:
1. You're on a Wiktionary page.
2. You add a pronunciation through an on-page dialog
3. It uploads the pronunciation to Commons and edits the page.
without you ever leaving the Wiktionary entry/page. Among other things,
I am hoping this is a low-barrier UX that quickly turns readers into
authors.
