On Monday I'm going to update the Openstack packages on most of labs.
This is a minor point upgrade, from 2013.2.2 to 2013.2.3. The upgrade
includes security patches which don't apply to our current use case, but
it's good to keep up.
This shouldn't incur any noticeable downtime, although some network
connections may be briefly interrupted when the network service restarts.
