IRC is a good way, and emailing this list is. Keep in mind, though,
that there are not very many ops dedicated to labs, and we are not on
call 24/7. Our DBA, Sean, lives in Australia so he may be online fairly
soon; I'm cc'ing him so he can respond to the replag issue.

The enwiki database appears to not be replicating. The most recent
change has been sitting at 2014-11-15 12:38:00 UTC for several hours.
I wrote a tool at https://tools.wmflabs.org/bambots/ReplicationLag.php
to check replication lag using the most recent rc_timestamp in the
recentchanges table.
