I'm going to do some maintenance work on the deployment-prep (beta) project on Saturday 2014-12-13 between 15:00 & 18:00Z (07:00-10:00 PST) that will require the Apache and HHVM services to be shut down. The work is tracked in <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T78076> and will involve changing the uid of the "apache" user and subsequently fixing file ownership. I'll !log the start and end of the outage in #wikimedia-labs and #wikimedia-qa and be online in those channels during the work.
