of those users; which is why I have no redirect for them. Just tell me
where the redirect should point and I'll add them.
Ok. I'm afraid your archive is incomplete. I have my own backup and it
does contain the .htaccess:

please. I filed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T85166 to track the
general issue of the redirects getting lost.
Finally created https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T85167 to create some
http statistics so we can see what is getting lost.
