That's true in general, but I should request that you take some care setting the limit as low as you can while still having your bot work - we're currently a little short on resources while we work at bringing new hardware online and while the grid will indeed ensure that the compute nodes don't allocate more than is available, having too much requested may cause delays as tool contend for the limited resources.
