[Labs-l] NFS outage coming up

NFS performance is very bad today, and in any case the NFS server is due 
for a reboot due to the GHOST issue.

So, I'm going to reboot it in 10 minutes.  Tools jobs should survive, 
they'll just be unhappy for a few minutes.
