tools.wmflabs.org only covers tools hosted on Wikimedia Labs, while
Hay's Directory also covers gadgets, self-hosted tools, etc.
The latter also supports properties such as "title", "keywords",
"author", "repository", and a nice search feature, while the former doesn't.
