We have found and fixed (hopefully!) the hardware issue, and will retry on 2014-05-04 :)

The good new is that there was no disruption caused by the switch. The bad news is that this is because the switch did not take place as planned. :-) While preparing servers for the switch, a fault was discovered in the target server (labstore1002) and it currently refuses to boot. Plans to migrate are obviously on hold until the problem is identified and corrected.
