Two problems:
1. SSH is slow. Very slow (not only loading file list, but also `become
dna` took a minute or so).
2. My tools web page is not loading (it appears to be loading, but
eventually doesn't load or at least didn't within 10 minutes).
Are databases working?
Why is the system so slow?
When will it be back to normal? Hours? Days? Weeks? Rough estimates are
welocme.

BTW. I have some cache in the dir
`/data/project/dna/public_html/cache/`. Don't bother resting it. I will
restore it from db.
