Thanks to a long day spent by Chase and Yuvi, these reboots are now
completed.
As always, it's probably a good idea to check your tools and/or web
pages and make sure everything is still running. Simple restarts should
resolve most issues that you see.

A reboot is needed since the updated glibc packages are only effective
once all processes using glibc have been restarted, and virtually all
processes use glibc.
If you're running a labs instance which for some reason should not be
rebooted currently, please email me directly with the details. We will
do our best to insulate toollabs jobs from this reboot, but some
long-running jobs may need to be restarted by hand after the reboots.
