tools-bastion-05 seems to be moving pretty slow, I assume that's going to be the case till the new one is built?

As far as I can tell these issues are unrelated. -05 has all the same resources as -01 and should serve as a permanent replacement.

In other news, there's been a lot of crazy busy traffic on -05 that most likely would have crippled -01 as well. We're ongoingly engaging with this particular problem.

I've already moved all of the affected hostnames (e.g.
        tools-login.wmflabs.org <http://tools-login.wmflabs.org>) so
if you get kicked off of the bastion, just reconnect and all
will be more-or-less as it was.

It seems that the grid doesn't know about the new tools-login,
so I'm getting "host "tools-bastion-05.tools.eqiad.wmflabs" is
no submit host." whenever I try to do much there.
Indeed, apparently puppet doesn't know how to make a submit
host. So, I've moved tools-login back to bastion-02.

I've now declared bastion-05 a submit host and moved traffic back
there. Please let me know if you run into any trouble.
