Due to a bug with the web proxy setup, all tools webservices have
been displaying 502s and/or 503s for the last 90 minutes or so. The
issue seems to be resolved now, and services are gradually coming back
up. The problem was the result of a complex series of coincidences and
so is unlikely to recur, but I'll leave the details for Yuvi to document.
If you find that your webservice is still failing a few minutes
from now, feel free to do a 'webservice restart' which will most likely
fix things.
