Tomorrow (2017-08-04) at around 15:00 UTC I'm going to start moving
cloud instances to a new puppetmaster. This shouldn't require any
action from anyone else, and will probably not be noticeable. If things
go poorly you might get a bunch of puppet failure email spam or alerts
through other channels.
This will only affect instances that use the standard upstream
puppetmaster (currently labs-puppetmaster-eqiad.wikimedia.org).
Instances using a project-local puppetmaster will be unaffected.
I'll send an 'all clear' email when I finish moving things over; after
that I'll be interested in hearing about any ill effects that remain.
