Thanks Stefano. Will do.

It's probably going to be the end of the coming week before I get to this now (just need to do some repackaging and updates first).

Hi,

(I'm open to suggestions for a better name)

I'd like to request a lab for an mbox analysis tool. It was something I put together while learning webwork to see how frequently certain people
were contributing to the users list, as we were trying to identify
potential documentation committers. The grand plan would be to be able to get a good view of what traffic on the mailing list looks like (both
in terms of people, and content).

There is obviously some alignment with Agora (though no real overlap at this point - I took a look at Agora before I started playing with this
for a few days back in June to see what I could borrow :)

Please find attached a DOAP for voting on. Thanks!

Brett,

I think you got plenty of support for your lab request. So go ahead and
create your lab.

One pray: please write in your readme file that the lab will work hard
to avoid confusing quantity with quality and that we are fully aware of
the potential harm created in establishing metrics and rankings in a
open development environment, but we want to research into ways that
more signal can be emerged minimizing the harmful impact.

This is a general principle that certainly applies to all labs that have to deal with social information management, but let's go one little step
at a time for now.
