Incorrect LICENCE.txt ?

Hi guys,

while creating Dungeon first files, by copy/paste them from agora, I found
that its LICENCE.txt is ASL 1.1, not ASL 2.0. The very same for errbase. I
guess they should be updated, am I wrong ?
