Yes, I would guess so.

If we have enough volunteers to set up and maintain MediaWiki ASF- wide, and someone else gets all the noses pointed in the right direction, I will volunteer to help migrate the current moinmoin install (eg write/customize/run the migration scripts as needed) onto it.

Reasons:
  * As a user, I like mediawiki
* mediawiki runs the biggest public wiki in the world, meaning we'll get
    * upgrade cycles
    * performance
    * antispam measures
    * no disk space leakage
  * I'm not volunteering to admin stuff afterwards
    * I don't have time for admin work
      * not enough people look after MoinMoin
