More generically, every artifact not of type jar ends up on the list of jars 
OpenJPA and AspectJ should consider for instrumentation while executing tests. 
AspectJ correctly identifies the cobertura-runtime.pom as not being a jar and 
discards it, while OpenJPA aborts its instrumentation quite fatally (refusing 
to load all the remaining classes) and causes CNFEs all around.
