When querying pulse via query@p.a.o, the reply states that the data is from
January 2012:
"Results of your query (based on information dated 2012-01-12):".
If pulse is still considered to be a documented way to access email list
statistics/info, the data should be updated.
As a side note, LABS-506 is also still open.
