A project is never failed until deemed so. Looking at your lab, it seems to me, the missing link, is that ASF projects is not about code, but community, and in order to build a community "svn commit" does not help. You should instead discuss your project on e.g. "dev@community" or "committers@" so other committers become aware of your idea. To be honest I cannot judge your idea, I specialize in other areas, but I do ask you to reconsider and instead try some "marketing" for your lab. I will be happy to help in such efforts. > > On a separate note, I personally don't see what value the Apache labs bring > over something like github for instance. I recently became PMC here in labs, after fighting a battle to change our bylaws, and my aim (of course with the accept and help of others) is to do whatever it takes to make labs sparkling with life. Dont give up, help instead. rgd jan I. > > > Thanks, > Hadrian > > [1] http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/labs/magnet/ > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: labs-unsubscr...@labs.apache.org > For additional commands, e-mail: labs-h...@labs.apache.org > >
