Either thread the pearls on to the thread of one bobbin, and pull each one up as you want to enclose it in a stitch. Or make a look in the thread on one bobbin, (if the hole's big enough use a crochet hook to) pull the loop through the hole in the bead. Pass the other bobbin through the loop.
