Garlic ice-cream is surprisingly nice. Or at least it is when you've been to a bar that puts garlic in *everything* - I can highly recommend garlic mashed potato - and has a "menu" of over 100 different cocktail shots. I do *not*, however, recommend the garlic vodka.
