so it's safe to say that my 17-18 inches (depending on pose) is a maximum.
5'2.5", skinny (105 lbs). A hand (3") above the knee -- 13.5". Probably the minimum <g> Loved the high boots, but had to have them re-fitted every time (that was when Poland still had shoemakers who knew how to do it)
