Dear Bev and all, This evening I went to Windsor and heard Jane Dobinson's Choir sing at evensong. It was a lovely occaison and it certainly comes to something when a Canadian comes over to your country and you go and do something that you would never dream of doing just a few miles up the road !!!
After evensong Julie Nicholls and I met up with Jane and had a meal and a good chat. Jane gave me the pin that you had sent and I received a cover cloth with Canadian town names on from Jane. Thank you so much for thinking of me and sending the pin I will attach it to my lace pillow and think of my Canadian friends when I make lace. Jane and I have been talking of this meeting for 2 years and I can't believe it has finally happened. The next thing on the spoken agenda is for me to get over to Canada for Lace Camp.
