Hi spiders Good to be back from holiday and just catching up with you all (having a problem with chat it's not coming through).
Anyway regarding aching shoulders etc, I have had a lot of problems over the years because of spinal injury and subsequent related injury and now use a lace makers chair with table fitted (a type of sit kneel stool). It has made a huge difference to me and lacemaking is so much more comfortable, the one I use is made by Lin and Nigel Mason, (my previous one was from a retail chain and without the table and was no where near as good). Have been using this particular one for about a year. It really does help with better posture and is fully adjustable and worth every penny, my husband uses it for his lacemaking whenever it is free as he finds it very comfortable too. People often ask about how it affects ones knees, well I have had knee surgery too and I have no discomfort. They are not a cure but they do seem to help reduce problems that bad posture can cause. Just my thoughts on the subject.
