I do hope that East Coast USA arachnids are safe - I've just seen TV news
from over there and it looks bad.
So far, in my neck of woods it's OK -- been raining all day (not good, since the ground's already saturated from the rainy summer), but not blowing much. We're expecting worse tomorrow *high winds), but it's supposed to then start moving on. OTOH, we're some way inland... The hurricane might be at least partially responsible for the unusual quiet on both Arachne "fronts".
