They must've decided this after his visit to Australia (bg)!   During the
middle of his speech to the Australian parliament, a member of the Greens
political party stood up and interjected.   At the time Bush said "I like free
speech" although he didn't *look* as if he liked it!  The "offending"
politician was banned from the House for 24 hours, which means he wasn't
allowed in to listen to the Chinese Premier the next day either!
