Jane,

Try dipping some focaccia into some olive oil that has a little garlic
in it!  Mmmmmmmm :-)  Some olive oils are more peppery than others.  I
had a bottle given my by a neighbour, who's Dad owns an olive grove in
WA - outside Margaret River.  It was cold pressed (best way), and I was
awesome!  I told my neighbour that I'd happily help him out if he had
other bottles of the oil that had imperfect labels :-)  He just grinned.
