I note the seller says it was "probably" made by W A Smith & Co in Mauchline, but I bet they don't have proof. Any item with this type of painted picture or printed transfer is referred to as "Mauchline ware", but there were and are dozens of companies which make it.
I note the seller also has a Tunbridge ware lace bobbin box - to me it's just a box. It has parquetry (geometric marquestry) in the middle of the design, and I haven't seen Tunbridge ware with parquetry included in the design on any of the antiques shows, although that doesn't mean that there isn't any. Similar items made in Sorrento, Italy, are often mistaken for Tunbridge ware, and aren't as expensive. I think this was the same seller who offered the Scottish lacemakers ham, pillow horse and "work in progress" with bobbins a few weeks ago.
