However, Jack Pressley (the American branch misspelled the name), a "balding octogenarian" also traced back to discover Elvis was a direct descendant of his great-great-great-great-great grandfather Andrew Pressley who had two sons, Andrew born in 1686 and John born in 1690. it was John who emigrated while Andrew stayed at home.
