Eccles Cakes are little circles of puff pastry.    In the centre you put dots 
of butter mixed with sugar and currants (very small raisins).  Then you fold 
the edges into the centre and turn it over and press down to make a flat scone 
shape.  Taking a knife, cut a couple of slits in the top to let the steam out 
and brush with milk and dredge with sugar then bake.
